US launches new strikes on Iran! CENTCOM targets Revolutionary Guard positions
Tensions between the United States and Iran have escalated again in the Middle East. CENTCOM said US forces deployed in the region launched strikes on Islamic Revolutionary Guard Corps targets in Iran at around 7:00 p.m. Iranian media, meanwhile, reported explosions in several locations in the south of the country.

CENTCOM said the strikes were carried out after attempted attacks by the Islamic Revolutionary Guard Corps against commercial vessels in the Strait of Hormuz and US military personnel stationed in the region.
Explosions reported in southern Iran
According to Iranian media reports, explosions were heard in the city of Konarak in Sistan and Baluchestan province, Bandar Abbas in Hormozgan province and around Qeshm Island.
No official statement has yet been issued regarding casualties, injuries or material damage caused by the strikes.
Previous retaliatory attacks
